Head of Financial Crime
Mark Mangion leads Passthrough’s financial crime team, overseeing our AML program and providing expert guidance to clients. Whether he’s serving as an AML Compliance Officer or offering best practices for investor reviews, Mark ensures our clients navigate compliance with confidence. As the host of AML Uncovered and a frequent speaker on industry panels, he’s a recognized thought leader in the field.
What drives you?
"I’ve managed teams assisting large multi-national organizations responding to fraudulent and financial crime activity throughout my career and have seen the impact it has. I work in this field to spread awareness to fund managers on how to protect their firms from financial crime and be a resource for those who need it.”

Mark was a Division 1 place kicker in college and ranked among the top 25 place kickers nationally in high school.
Justis Midura
Product Manager
As Product Manager for Passthrough’s KYC product, Justis sets the roadmap, builds innovative features, and creates tools for the financial crime team to scale their work. With experience from his time building Blackstone's AML product, and he uses his expertise to bridge customer needs with technology, ensuring seamless compliance solutions for firms of all sizes.
What drives you?
“I want everyday people to one day be able to take advantage of the returns the private markets offer. For that to happen, there need to be tools that facilitate the kind of volume that comes with smaller check sizes.”

Justis grew up in New Orleans, attending two high schools simultaneously—one for academics and the other for jazz bass.
